We are not responsible for loss of access, compromised, or bans that occur after you have taken control of the account, especially if you have shared details with others, used unsafe software or service or breaking game/platform's rules.
In any dispute, you may be asked to provide proof that you followed these security steps, if you cannot provide such proof our ability to assist may be limited or denied.
All sales are generally final, and no refund or replacement will be issued for spent funds, used balances or accounts that have been already been accessed and or modified by the buyer.
Products are included with a limited warranty period of up 24 hours after purchase. During the warranty period we may offer a replacement or partial refund if the product is found to have pre-existing issues, such as bans dated before the purchase date, provided we have sufficient proof and contact us within the specified timeframe.
The warranty does not cover bans or restrictions that occur after purchase due, as you are now responsible for any rule violations such as RWT (real-world trading), Macro or cheating.
You may be eligible for replacement, compensation or fully refund such as missing or incorrect advertised stats, bans that existed before the order date, duplicate account sales or products that are out of stock or inaccessible at the time of delivery.

compensation will not be provided for issues caused by buyer behaviour, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
